Breakfast

Eat Breakfast.
      It revs up your metabolism and studies show that the more you eat in the morning the fewer total calories consumed during the day. Opt for complex carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Whole wheat toast or bagels, peanut butter, fruit, or healthy cereals are all good choices.
